Warning signs Lessons Note

Warning signs are divided into four digestible parts. This is part 1.

Warning signs let drivers know that road changes are coming up on the drive. These can be permanent or temporary traffic hazards and obstacles. Some signs have new versions with fluorescent green/yellow colour (pedestrian crossing ahead for example).

90 degree turn, to left or right.

This sign indicates that there is a sharp left/right turn ahead

Curve between 15-90 defrees, to left/right Reverse curve greater than 60 degrees, first to left/right Reverse curve less than 60 degrees, first to left/right Series of curv es ahead, first to left/right Hairpin bend to left/right

This sign indicates a sharp bend greater than 120 degrees to the left/right ahead
